  美食是乡愁,是记忆,是凝聚乡情、传承文化的重要载体。对于海外侨胞,总有一种家乡美食刻在他们味蕾记忆的深处。

  Food can be triggers for memories, nostalgia, and homesickness. It also embodies the culture of a region. For overseas Chinese people, there is always a hometown delicacy in the depths of their memories.

  广东省中山市是“中国粤菜名城”,拥有绚丽多彩的饮食文化,是传统粤菜和新派粤菜的发源地之一。中山海外侨胞众多,中山菜也随着“海外中山人”走向世界各地,成为连接海内外乡亲的重要乡情和文化纽带。

  With a colorful food culture, Guangdong’s Zhongshan has the title of “famous city of Cantonese cuisine in China”, and is also known as a cradle of both traditional and nouvelle Cantonese cuisine. Zhongshan cuisine has gone global as numerous Zhongshanese people traveled abroad. It has become an important emotional and cultural bond between folks at home and abroad.

  由广东省人民政府侨务办公室指导,中山市侨务局主办,中山广播电视台拍摄制作的《粤菜师傅·四海同享之中山星厨至味》系列短视频,邀请郑耀荣、麦广帆、林开胜、李晓荣等4位中山粤菜大师,以“粤菜大师+侨乡故事+美食菜谱”的形式,展现中山粤菜历史文化,讲授做好特色粤菜的“诀窍”,记录和传承粤菜大师们“守味”背后的初心和匠心精神。

  Guangdong Cuisine Enjoyed All Over the World: Delicacies by Zhongshan Master Chefs is a short video series guided by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, directed by the Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau and produced by the Zhongshan Broadcasting and Television Station. The series involves four Cantonese cuisine masters in Zhongshan, namely Zheng Yaorong, Mai Guangfan, Lin Kaisheng and Li Xiaorong, to showcase the history and culture of Cantonese cuisine in Zhongshan, reveal the secrets of preparing special Cantonese dishes, and record and inherit the originality and ingenuity of Cantonese cuisine masters.
